PART A: SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

2. Scope of Work

  • A project scope, cost estimate, and timeline will be shared in a formal proposal or agreement.

  • Any additional work beyond the scope will require a new quotation and approval.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide timely access to project-related information and assets.

  • Assign a dedicated point of contact for communication.

  • Ensure prompt feedback to meet project timelines.

4. Payments

  • Projects may require an advance payment (e.g., 50%) to begin.

  • Remaining amount due upon milestones or final delivery as agreed.

  • Payments are to be made via approved channels only.

5. Revisions and Support

  • A specific number of revisions may be included in the package. Additional revisions may be chargeable.

  • Post-launch support (bug fixes, minor updates) will be available for a limited period unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

  • We respect your confidentiality and will not disclose project details to third parties without consent.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All custom software, once fully paid, will become the property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Open-source tools and libraries used will remain governed by their respective licenses.

8. Course Enrolment

  • Course registration is considered complete only after full/partial fee payment.

  • Course access credentials will be provided upon confirmation.

9. Attendance and Certification

  • Regular attendance and assignment completion are required to receive course completion certificates.

  • Epic Mind reserves the right to deny certification in cases of non-compliance.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances approved by management.

  • Course transfers or deferrals are subject to availability and approval.

11. Code of Conduct

  • Learners are expected to maintain respectful behavior during sessions.

  • Epic Mind reserves the right to suspend or remove a learner for any inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

12. Use of Course Materials

  • Course materials (videos, notes, assignments) are for personal learning only and may not be distributed, reproduced, or sold.
