At Epic Mind, we provide digital services, training programs, and software development solutions. Due to the nature of our offerings, all payments made are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Once a course is purchased or a software project is initiated, we do not entertain refund requests—whether partially or fully.

While we have a strict no refund policy, rare exceptions may be considered only if:

  • The user was charged multiple times due to a payment gateway error.

  • A transaction was processed incorrectly and flagged by our technical team.

Such cases will be verified by our billing team, and any refunds—if approved—will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
